end of the year approaches

the end of the school year is fast drawing closer each and every day, and with that comes stress and lots of work as to be expected right now i am a little more then a month out of surgery, and when i say a little i mean about two or three days over a month, and things are feeling good, i started PT last week and i like the guy that is in charge of kicking my ass back to where it should be, although i am not exctaly sure where that is since i have not had my shoulder in good shape for somehting like a year and a half anyway i am seeing the guy three times a week for the next month and a bit, and i am hoping that in that month i can make leaps and bonds with the guy , i am hpoing that i can get in a few runs before the school year is over and on top of that i need to be able to go and work soon so things have to be working, and if they are not well then i guess i am going to have to go ahead with it anways, i dont really ave much of a choice. today for the first time since i left nols i put on a backpack and went for a bit of a hike, nothign major just around in the wood lot and down some of the roads and back to campus. right now the trail syestem that is in place on the land that unity owns is not currently trails, but more like streams. it was a muddy hike but i truely enjoyed the time to myself i managed to get the pack on with out too much trouble, but it was not the easiest thing in the world, and the whole thign was under the watchful eye of leslie, after a few mins everything seemed to be feeling good and off i set into the woods, and things were good intill i got back and though t it would be wise to take my back off witht eh right hand, that is to say that i removed the pack and let it drop onto my right arm with out thinking about the whole thing. it wasent pleasent so to say. but i was glad that i was able to sholder a pack with out being in pain i am taking this as a good sign
